§ 4-207. Citizens Advisory Board.
 

(a)  Established.- There is a Citizens Advisory Board. 

(b)  Appointment.- Based on recommendations of the Secretary, the Governor shall appoint the members of the Citizens Advisory Board. 

(c)  Duties.- The Citizens Advisory Board shall advise the Director and the Secretary with respect to the operation and programs of the Institution.
