§ 13-502. Composition and appointment of library committee; vacancies.
 

(a)  Number of members; appointment.- The library committee consists of three or more persons appointed to serve without compensation by a majority of the judges of the Court of Appeals. 

(b)  Vacancies.- Vacancies in the library committee shall be filled by a majority of the judges of the Court of Appeals.
