§ 13-101. Scope of title.
 

(a)  Activities allowed.- Activities conducted under this title are allowed notwithstanding the provisions of Title 12, Subtitles 1 and 2 of this article. 

(b)  Issuance of commercial bingo license.- A county may not issue a commercial bingo license under this title or under any public local law to an entity that was not licensed to conduct commercial bingo on or before June 30, 2008.
