Section 13-1505 - Members-only instant bingo. - Maryland Statutes

§ 13-1505. Members-only instant bingo.
 

(a)  Duration of license.- A members-only instant bingo license is valid for 3 months. 

(b)  Limitation.- The sheriff may not issue to a single organization in 1 calendar year more than four licenses for members-only instant bingo. 

(c)  Prize.- A money prize for a members-only instant bingo game may not exceed $500. 

(d)  Location.- A members-only instant bingo game may be sold and played only at the location listed on the license.
