§ 13-1601. Scope of subtitle.
 

(a)  In general.- This subtitle applies only in Howard County. 

(b)  Application of Subtitle 2 of this title.-  

(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, Subtitle 2 of this title applies in Howard County. 

(2) Subtitle 2 of this title does not apply to bingo regulated under § 13-1602 of this subtitle.
