§ 13-1811. Same - Permit required; exception.
 

(a)  Permit required.- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a qualified organization that intends to conduct a raffle in the county shall obtain a permit from the county. 

(b)  Exception.- A permit is not required to conduct a 50/50 raffle.
