§ 11-918. State Victims of Crime Fund - Audit; disbursements.
 

(a)  Audit.- The Fund is subject to an audit by the Office of Legislative Audits under § 2-1220 of the State Government Article. 

(b)  Disbursements.- Disbursements from the Fund shall supplement and may not be a substitute for any State, local government, or other funds existing on July 1, 1991, for assistance to crime victims or witnesses.
