§ 8-108. Death sentences.
 

(a)  Review of death sentence.- The review of a sentence of death is governed by Title 2, Subtitle 4 of the Criminal Law Article. 

(b)  Increase of sentence to death sentence - Prohibited.- A review panel may not increase a sentence to the sentence of death.
