§ 10-313. Applicability of other laws.
 

(a)  Administrative function support.- The Authority shall follow State procedures to obtain, for internal administrative functions, office space, supplies, facilities, materials, equipment, and professional services. 

(b)  Surety bonds.- Each member, the Executive Director, each other officer, and each employee of the Authority shall be covered by a surety bond in accordance with Title 9, Subtitle 17 of the State Government Article.
