§ 10-319. Annual report.
 

(a)  Required.- On or before October 1 of each year, the Authority shall report to the Governor on its activities for the preceding fiscal year. 

(b)  Contents.- The report shall include a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the Authority during the preceding fiscal year.
