Section 10-418 - Definitions.
§ 10-418. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.

The reference to this "part" is substituted for the former reference to this "section" to reflect the reorganization of material derived from former Art. 83A, § 5-2A-04.1 in this part.

(b) Financial assistance.- "Financial assistance" means a grant, loan, credit enhancement, or similar assistance.
