§ 10-706. Applicability of other laws.
 

(a)  Procurement.- The Trust is: 

(1) exempt from the General Procurement Law provisions of Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article; but 

(2) subject to Title 12, Subtitle 4 of the State Finance and Procurement Article. 

(b)  Personnel.- The Trust is exempt from the provisions of Division I of the State Personnel and Pensions Article that govern the State Personnel Management System.
