Section 10-836 - Matching funds.
§ 10-836. Matching funds.
(a) In general.- A recipient of financial assistance under § 10-834(b)(3) of this subtitle shall provide matching funds or in-kind contributions for the project at least equal to the financial assistance awarded.
(b) Waiver.- The Center may waive the requirement of subsection (a) of this section for good cause shown.
