§ 11-311. Staff; consultants.
 

(a)  Staff.- The Board shall approve additional professional and clerical staff as necessary to carry out this subtitle. 

(b)  Consultants.- The Board may retain accountants, engineers, lawyers, financial advisors, or other consultants as necessary to carry out this subtitle.
