Section 13-601 - Definitions.

§ 13-601. Definitions.

(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

The reference to this "subtitle" is substituted for the former reference to this "article" to reflect the reorganization of material derived from former Article 20 in this subtitle.

(b) Commissioners.- "Commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County, Charles County, or St. Mary's County, respectively.

(d) Executive Director.- "Executive Director" means the Executive Director of the Council.
