Section 4-201 - Definitions.
§ 4-201. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

This subsection is new language added as the standard introductory language to a definition section.
(b) Board.- "Board" means the Maryland Tourism Development Board.

This subsection formerly was Art. 83A, § 4-201.
The former phrase "[i]n this subtitle," is deleted in light of subsection (a) of this section.
No other changes are made.
(c) Fund.- "Fund" means the Maryland Tourism Development Board Fund.

This subsection is new language added to avoid repetition of the full title of the "Maryland Tourism Development Board Fund".
(d) Office.- "Office" means the Office of Tourism Development.
