§ 4-608. Maryland Historical Trust.
 

(a)  Ownership of artwork.- All artwork funded by the Program is the property of the Maryland Historical Trust. 

(b)  Duties.- In cooperation with the Department of General Services, the Maryland Historical Trust is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and preservation of all artwork acquired through the Program.
