§ 5-346. Terms and conditions.
 

(a)  In general.- Except as provided in this part, the Department may set the terms and conditions for child care special loans. 

(b)  Maximum term.- The term of a child care special loan may not exceed 10 years. 

(c)  Minimum and maximum amounts.-  

(1) The minimum amount of a child care special loan is $1,000. 

(2) The maximum amount of a child care special loan is $10,000.
