§ 5-415. Agreements.
 

(a)  Approval.- The Authority may approve, or may authorize the Executive Director to approve, the form of an agreement by the Authority under this subtitle. 

(b)  Payment.- Any money that the Authority pays under an agreement the Authority makes under this subtitle shall be payable as and when the Authority determines in its sole discretion.
