§ 5-439. Premiums and fees.
 

(a)  In general.- The Authority may set premiums and fees for financial assistance under this subtitle in its sole discretion. 

(b)  Payment.- The premiums and fees shall be payable in the amounts, at the time, and in the manner that the Authority requires in its sole discretion. 

(c)  Variability.- The premiums and fees may vary in amount among approvals for financial assistance under this subtitle and at different stages of the financial assistance.
