§ 5-508. Quorum; meetings; reimbursement for expenses; staff.
 

(a)  Quorum.-  

(1) Four members of the Authority are a quorum. 

(2) The Authority may not act on any matter unless at least four members in attendance concur. 

(b)  Meetings.- The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings. 

(c)  Reimbursement for expenses.- A member of the Authority is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. 

(d)  Staff.- The Authority may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
