§ 5-523. Additional money.
 

(a)  In general.- If the Authority and the Secretary determine that more money is needed to keep the Fund at an adequate level, the Authority shall send a written request for the additional money to the Board of Public Works. 

(b)  Board of Public Works.- The Board of Public Works may pay the amount requested from the General Emergency Fund.
