§ 11-701. Established.
 

In cooperation with the State's public and nonpublic institutions of postsecondary education, the Council of Maryland's K-16 Partnership, the Maryland State Department of Education, and the local school systems, the Commission shall establish and administer a College Preparation Intervention Program.
