Section 18-1206 - Duration of grant. - Maryland Statutes

§ 18-1206. Duration of grant.
 

Each recipient of a private career school student grant may hold the grant for 2 years if the student: 

(1) Continues to be a resident of this State; 

(2) Continues to be enrolled in a full-time program; 

(3) In the judgment of the institution, is making satisfactory progress toward a certificate of completion; and 

(4) Continues to demonstrate a financial need.
