§ 18-1703. Adoption of policies.
 

(a)  In general.- The Shriver Center shall adopt policies to establish: 

(1) The criteria for eligibility in the Program; 

(2) A procedure and schedule for the payment of the scholarship award provided to an eligible student; and 

(3) A procedure for the repayment of the scholarship award if a student does not fulfill the internship requirements under the Program. 

(b)  Additional policies.- The Shriver Center shall adopt any other policies necessary to implement this subtitle.
