§ 18-2405. Numbers of Grants; amount.
 

(a)  Maximum number of grants.- The Office, on notification by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, may award Higher Education Loan Assistance Grants. 

(b)  Amount per year.- The Office, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, shall adopt regulations to determine: 

(1) The maximum number of participants in the Program each year; 

(2) The maximum number of total participants in the Program; and 

(3) The minimum and maximum amount of a Higher Education Loan Assistance Grant awarded under this subtitle.
