Section 24-307 - Appropriations for establishment and operation of Center.
§ 24-307. Appropriations for establishment and operation of Center.
(a) Appropriations for establishment and operation; reserve fund for maintenance and repair.- The Boards of County Commissioners of St. Mary's, Calvert, and Charles counties may appropriate money to pay the cost of establishing and operating the Center, including the establishment of a reserve fund for maintenance and repair.
(b) Compliance with State law.- The expenditure of appropriated funds shall be consistent with all relevant State laws.
