§ 5-310. Survey and inspection of school buildings.
 

(a)  Annual survey.- Each fiscal year, the Interagency Committee shall survey the condition of school buildings identified by the Department. 

(b)  Inspections.- The Department of General Services shall conduct the inspections of individual school buildings that the Interagency Committee requires to complete the survey required in subsection (a) of this section. 

(c)  Reports.- The Interagency Committee shall report to the Governor and the General Assembly, on or before October 1 of each year, in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, on the results of the survey for the prior fiscal year.
