§ 6-602. State Superintendent is "designated state official".
 

(a)  "Designated state official".- The "designated state official" for this State, under the terms of the Agreement set forth in § 6-604 of this subtitle, is the State Superintendent. 

(b)  Entering into contracts.- The State Superintendent may enter into contracts under Article III of the Agreement only if the State Board approves the text of the contract.
