§ 7-429. Testing and inspection of well water for bacteria in Howard County.
 

(a)  Scope.- This section applies only in Howard County. 

(b)  In general.- The county board shall cause to be conducted a test and inspection of the water for bacteria in each public school in the county that is served by well water. 

(c)  Posting information on website.- On receipt of the results of each test and inspection, the county board shall post the information on its public website.
