§ 8-306. Maryland School for the Blind - Standards for admission and dismissal.
 

(a)  Adoption.- The Maryland School for the Blind shall adopt written standards for the admission and dismissal of students. 

(b)  Submission to State Board for approval.- The standards and any amendments shall be submitted to the State Board for approval under § 2-206 of this article. 

(c)  Modifications.- The State Board may require modifications to the standards as it considers necessary.
