Section 16-302 - Tampering with election records.

§ 16-302. Tampering with election records.
 

(a)  In general.- A person may not fraudulently tamper with election records of any kind, whether on paper or in any other medium. 

(b)  Penalties.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and is subject to imprisonment for not less than 1 year nor more than 5 years.
