§ 9-202. Responsibilities for preparation.
 

(a)  State Board to certify ballots.- The State Board shall certify the content and the arrangement of each ballot to be used in an election that is subject to this article. 

(b)  Preparation by local boards.- Each local board shall place questions, names of candidates, and other material on the ballot in that county in accordance with the content and arrangement prescribed by the State Board.
