§ 12-206. Fees; payment of expenses; payment of funds into General Fund.
 

(a)  Fees.-  

(1) The Board may set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of certificates and its other services. 

(2) The fees charged may be set so as to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board. 

(b)  Payment of expenses.- In accordance with the State budget, the Board may pay expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this title. 

(c)  Payment of funds into General Fund.- The Board shall pay all funds collected under this section into the General Fund of this State.
