§ 13-205. Meetings; compensation; staff.
 

(a)  Meetings.- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. 

(b)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.- Each member of the Board is entitled to: 

(1) Compensation in accordance with the State budget unless the member otherwise is a public official; and 

(2) Reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. 

(c)  Board secretary and other staff.-  

(1) With the approval of the Secretary, the Board may employ a Board secretary and other staff. 

(2) The Board secretary and other staff are entitled to compensation in accordance with the State budget.
