§ 6-416. Reprimands, suspensions, and revocations - Hearings.
 

(a)  Right to hearing.- Except as otherwise provided in the Administrative Procedure Act, before the Department takes any action under § 6-415 of this subtitle, it shall give the licensee against whom the action is contemplated an opportunity for a hearing. 

(b)  Application of Administrative Procedure Act.- The Department shall give notice and hold the hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
