§ 7-502. Authority of Department.
 

(a)  Loans and grants; regulations.- In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this article, the Department may: 

(1) Accept and administer loans and grants from the federal government and other sources, public or private, to carry out any of its functions under this subtitle; and 

(2) Adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle. 

(b)  Standardized forms.- To implement the requirements of this subtitle, the Department shall develop and use standardized applications, certificates of completion, and other forms.
