Section 9-262 - Revocation of, changes to, and expiration of permits issued by Secretary.

§ 9-262. Revocation of, changes to, and expiration of permits issued by Secretary.
 

(a)  Scope of section.- This section does not apply to the expiration, revocation, or modification of a sewage sludge utilization permit. 

(b)  Revocation; change.- The Secretary may revoke or change any permit issued under this subtitle after the Secretary gives the permit holder notice of the proposed revocation or change. 

(c)  Expiration.- If the term of a permit issued under this subtitle is stated in the permit, the permit expires at the end of the stated term.
