§ 9-403. Effect on other powers.
 

(a)  Other powers not affected.- This subtitle does not affect any other express powers conferred by statute on the Department of the Environment or the Department of Natural Resources. 

(b)  Powers supplemental.- The powers, duties, and authority of the Department under this subtitle supplement and are ancillary to any other provisions of this article and the Health - General Article that relate to the Secretary's authority and responsibility to assure the purity and sanitary condition of the water supply.
