Section 9-604 - Interpretation of law - In general.

§ 9-604. Interpretation of law - In general.
 

(a)  Liberal interpretation.- Except as otherwise provided in this section, this subtitle shall be interpreted liberally to allow a district to carry out the purposes of this subtitle. 

(b)  Powers of certain departments not limited.- This subtitle does not limit the powers of the Department of Natural Resources or the Department of the Environment.
