§ 9-605. Interpretation of law - Prior actions; bond status.
 

(a)  Prior actions ratified.-  

(1) This subtitle does not impair the validity of actions taken by a district before June 1, 1961. 

(2) This subtitle ratifies the actions taken by any district before June 1, 1961. 

(b)  Status of prior bonds.- This subtitle ratifies the issuance and sale of all bonds issued or sold by a district before June 1, 1961.
