Section 9-618 - Reporting district's principal office and corporate officers.

§ 9-618. Reporting district's principal office and corporate officers.
 

(a)  Notice on creation of district.- Promptly after it is created and its officers are elected, each district shall notify the State Department of Assessments and Taxation of: 

(1) The principal office of the district; and 

(2) The name and address of each officer of the district. 

(b)  Notice on change of information.- Within 10 days after the district makes any change in the location of the district's principal office, the district shall notify the State Department of Assessments and Taxation of the change.
