§ 9-677. Adoption of rules and regulations.
 

(a)  In general.- The Sanitary Commission shall propose and, with the approval of the Dorchester County Commissioners, given after a public hearing, shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle that relate to shared facilities. 

(b)  Rules and regulations for classification and assessment of property.- These rules and regulations shall include provisions for: 

(1) Classification of properties in the shared facilities area; and 

(2) Levy of benefit assessments in accordance with this subtitle.
