§ 9-682. Power of sanitary commission and member counties to issue.
 

(a)  In general.- Subject to the limitations and requirements of this subtitle, the sanitary commission and the member counties of the district may pledge the full faith and credit of the district and its members and issue bonds in the name of the district to pay the cost of a project in the amount estimated when the resolution authorizing the bond issue was adopted. 

(b)  Other conditions or limitations not applicable.- The issuance of bonds under this subtitle is not subject to any condition or limitation of law that is not in this subtitle.
