§ 9-922. Tapping fees.
 

(a)  Connection to water or sewerage system.- When the owner of any property connects the property with a project operated by an authority, the authority may charge a reasonable tapping fee. 

(b)  Tapping fee additional to other fees.- The tapping fee is in addition to any charges that the authority makes for rental or use of its projects.
