§ 5-555. Informational pamphlet.
 

(a)  Preparation; update.- The Department shall prepare and, as needed, update an informational pamphlet for parents of children in family day care. 

(b)  Required contents.- The pamphlet shall contain: 

(1) an outline of family day care regulations; 

(2) a description of parental rights and responsibilities; 

(3) a description of complaint procedures; and 

(4) the address and telephone number of the local department. 

(c)  Availability.- The Department shall make the pamphlet available to day care providers for distribution to parents.
