§ 11-412. Voluntary surrender of license.
(a) Surrender.- A licensee may surrender the license by delivering to the Commissioner a written statement that the license is surrendered.
(b) Liability not affected.- The surrender of a license does not affect any civil or criminal liability of the licensee for acts committed before the license was surrendered.
