§ 12-105. Licensing - In general.
 

(a)  General requirement.- Except as provided in § 12-102 (a) of this subtitle, a person may not provide check cashing services unless the person is licensed under this subtitle or is an exempt entity. 

(b)  Separate license for each place of business.- A separate license is required for each place of business at which, or mobile unit from which, a person provides check cashing services.
