§ 6-406. Unsafe or unauthorized practices - Action by board and members.
 

(a)  Meeting to act on practice.- The board may call a meeting of the members of the credit union to act on any practice of the credit union that the supervisory committee considers unsafe or unauthorized. 

(b)  Notice to Commissioner.- The board shall give the Commissioner advance notice of a meeting of the members that is called under subsection (a) of this section.
