Section 13-1301 - Established; purpose; administration; funding.
§ 13-1301. Established; purpose; administration; funding.
(a) Established.- There is a Governor's Wellmobile Program within the University of Maryland School of Nursing.
(b) Program.- The purpose of the Program is to:
(1) Deliver primary and preventive health care services to geographically underserved communities and uninsured individuals around the State; and
(2) Provide principal training sites for the University of Maryland School of Nursing that will expand student learning opportunities in the care of underserved populations.
(c) Administration.- The Program shall be operated, managed, and administered by the University of Maryland School of Nursing.
(d) Funding.- The operation, management, and administration of the Program shall be funded as provided for in the State budget.
